FileWorld charged me unexpectedly—how can I dispute the payment?

First cancel any active subscription through its official Unsubscribe page to prevent further renewals.

FileWorld’s current terms state that some €0.60/48-hour trial offers automatically renew at €39.95 every four weeks unless canceled.

For the disputed payment, contact FileWorld and request a full refund, giving the charge date, amount, and transaction reference.

If you did not authorize the payment or FileWorld does not resolve it, contact your bank/card issuer and ask about disputing the transaction; keep your cancellation and refund correspondence as evidence.
