Vodafone Fiji M-PAiSA Mastercard Charged $49.95 USD by PDF BILLING.COM Without Authorization
Today at around 4:03 p.m., an unauthorized transaction of USD 49.95 was made from my M-PAiSA Mastercard, linked to my Vodafone Fiji account with mobile number 9820346. Before this incident my M-PAiSA balance was approximately $250, and I only became aware of the transaction when a notification message appeared on my phone. I did not authorize any payment to “PDF BILLING.COM,” I have no relationship with this merchant, and I did not share my card or wallet details with anyone. This situation has caused me financial loss and concern about the security of my M-PAiSA account. I request that Vodafone Fiji urgently investigate this unauthorized debit, provide a clear explanation of how this transaction was processed without my consent, and refund the full amount of USD 49.95 to my M-PAiSA balance as soon as possible. I also ask that you check the security of my M-PAiSA Mastercard and take any necessary measures to prevent similar unauthorized transactions in the future.
