I Need a Refund for an Unexpected Pdfbilling.com Subscription Charge

I used an online service through Pdfbilling.com where I paid $2.00 for a single question to be answered. This payment was made on Thursday, June 11. I was not informed that this would become a subscription or that there would be any additional or recurring charges. Despite this, on June 12 a separate charge of $78.00 appeared on my account from Pdfbilling.com, shown on my statement as “pdfbilling.com+1844” (and also connected with the number +1 844 233 3** FL). I did not subscribe to any service, did not authorize this $78.00 payment, and I did not receive any product, service, or subscription in return for this charge. I attempted to contact Pdfbilling.com using the phone number appearing with the transaction, but the number does not work, so I have not been able to reach any customer service or request a refund directly. I request that the unauthorized $78.00 charge be fully reimbursed and that any possible subscription or account opened in my name without my explicit consent be canceled so that I am not charged again in the future.
