Fiat Egea Water Leak Problem Ignored Despite Warranty Appointment

I would like to report the issue I experienced at the authorized Fiat Gürses Oto service center on Mehmet Akif İnan Caddesi in Esenler regarding my 2022 Fiat Egea 1.4 Easy Sedan, which has 76,000 km and is still under warranty. For about one month, my vehicle has been taking in water through the trunk. Because of this problem, I booked an appointment on May 10, 2026, for May 14, 2026. Two days before the appointment, I was called and asked to postpone it until after the holiday due to workload. I stated that such a postponement was unacceptable for a vehicle under warranty. After this, my appointment time was only changed from 10:30 to 09:30, and I accepted this new time. On May 14, I arrived at the service center at 09:25. Despite having a confirmed appointment and arriving on time, I was informed that, due to the holiday rush, my vehicle would need to stay at the service center for 3–5 days, or I could book another appointment after the holiday. I had already arranged my work schedule and taken time off to bring the car in, so this situation caused me serious inconvenience. When I requested a replacement vehicle while mine was kept at the service center, I was told that there were no vehicles available. Additionally, although the previous repair on the vehicle had been carried out at an authorized Fiat service center, I was told that the current problem might not be covered by warranty because the vehicle had previously been damaged. I find both this approach and the way it was communicated to be unacceptable. The water leakage problem has been ongoing for about a month, and postponing the appointment until after the holiday would extend the resolution process to nearly two months. During this period, I have to continue using the vehicle in rainy weather and I am concerned about possible corrosion and other damage in the trunk area due to the ongoing water ingress. I request that the water leakage problem on my vehicle be diagnosed and repaired as soon as possible under warranty, free of charge and without further delay. I also request that a replacement vehicle be provided for the period my car stays at the service center, and that I receive a clear explanation regarding the inconvenience I experienced and the inconsistent and unsatisfactory communication during this process.
