Fiat Egea Warranty Rejected After Bosch Car Service Maintenance

I am the owner of a 2022 model Fiat Egea 1.4 petrol vehicle. The 20,000 km periodic maintenance of my vehicle was carried out in December 2024 at Bosch Car Service with an invoice, in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards. After this, a fault occurred in the front right window mechanism of my vehicle. When I applied to the authorised service Otokoç Bursa in December 2025, I was informed that since the periodic maintenance had been carried out outside the authorised service, my vehicle was considered to be out of general warranty and no warranty procedure would be performed for the window fault. There is no technical connection between the front right window mechanism fault and the periodic maintenance, so I do not find it reasonable that this fault is excluded from warranty on this basis. In addition, there are blisters on the paint of the rear bumper of my vehicle. I reported this situation to the authorised service during the 10,000 km maintenance in December 2023 and I was told that a record was taken, but no action was taken and I did not receive any feedback. Furthermore, about two months before my last application, brake pads and discs were replaced at the same authorised service. However, approximately 2,000 km later I was told again that the pads needed to be replaced, and when I objected, they stated that they would actually be changed at 45,000 km. This contradictory information has damaged my trust in the service operations. Another issue is that I was not provided with any official written document by the authorised service stating that my vehicle was out of warranty; only a handwritten note was given to me. I find it unacceptable that my vehicle is considered out of warranty on the grounds that the periodic maintenance was performed outside the authorised service, despite all these experiences and without a clear and official explanation. I request that this situation be examined in detail, that the continuation of the warranty coverage of my vehicle be reassessed, and that the front right window mechanism fault and the rear bumper paint problem be remedied under warranty.
