I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Famradar subscription due to unauthorized charges and the inability to cancel the service. Since January 2026, a total of 350 dollars has been taken from my account under the name of Famradar without my clear consent or knowledge of how to stop these payments. I am not even sure through which platform this subscription was started, and there is a transaction or reference number 5703 visible on my bank or card statement related to these payments. Despite this, I have not been able to get any response from the relevant parties about these charges, and I have not found a clear way to cancel the subscription. The situation has caused both financial loss and loss of trust, as the charges continue while I remain unable to manage or end the subscription properly. As a result of this complaint, I request a full refund of the 350 dollars that have been charged so far, the immediate cancellation of my Famradar subscription, and the blocking of any future charges linked to this service and the reference number 5703.
