Unfreeze My Account!
I am using FamPay with the mobile number 8653767*** and my account has been frozen for the last 2 days due to a KYC issue. Because of this, I am unable to make any payments through the app, which is causing serious inconvenience in my daily transactions. I have not yet received any explanation from FamPay about why the account has been frozen or what exactly is pending in my KYC. I am unable to use the services that I rely on, even though I want to complete whatever is required from my side. I request FamPay to urgently unfreeze my account and properly update or complete my KYC, or at least provide a clear explanation and quick resolution so that I can start using my account for payments again.
