Recovery Of Fampay Account
I have been unable to use my Fampay account because I lost access to my registered mobile number 6381420*** around six months ago. Since then I have not been able to properly access and use my account, as all important actions depend on this old number. My registered email ID is vishva***[email protected]. I contacted Fampay customer support and explained that the number is lost, but I was told that I must first get the same mobile number again and then change the number on my own. This is not possible for me, and as a result I am stuck without any way to update my number or use my account. I request Fampay to help me update my registered mobile number through an alternative verification process, without requiring me to get back the old SIM, and to restore my access to my account as soon as possible.
