I Want a Refund for My Masteredu AI Subscription Charge

I am writing regarding an issue with my Masteredu AI subscription, for which I was charged 299 INR. This charge was taken from me in connection with the subscription, but I am not satisfied and I want my money back. I contacted Masteredu AI support about this problem but I could not get any proper or helpful response, and my issue remains unresolved. I find it unacceptable that I have been charged 299 INR without a clear and fair resolution process. I request that the 299 INR taken for this subscription be refunded to me as soon as possible and that my subscription status be clarified. I expect a clear explanation of this charge and written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
