I Face FamPay Wrong Transaction With $2 Sent to Razorpay
I am a FamPay user, and on April 11 at around 8:28 a.m., an amount of ₹149 was mistakenly sent from my FamPay account to Razorpay Software Private Limited to an ID similar to “sikho253747.rzpr***@rxairlet.” My FamPay account is not linked to my bank account, and this payment was accidentally sent to the wrong app.
I did not intend to make this payment, and it was a completely accidental transaction to the wrong account. I request that my ₹149 be refunded to my FamPay account and that this incorrect transaction be reviewed and reversed so the amount is credited back to my balance as soon as possible.
