Fampay UPI Verification Stuck for 15 Days – KYC Not Completing

I have been trying to complete my Fampay UPI verification for the last 15 days, but the process is stuck and not moving forward. The app keeps showing the “Get verified in 2 mins” and “Continue verification” screen, yet when I try to proceed, the verification does not complete and I remain unverified. Because my KYC/verification is not getting completed, I am unable to properly use Fampay UPI services. This ongoing issue for more than two weeks is causing inconvenience, and there is no clear guidance or solution within the app to fix it. I request that my Fampay account verification be completed as soon as possible and that my UPI be enabled without further delay, or that I am given a clear and working solution so I can use the service normally again.
