FamPay Game Top-Up Payment Failed, No Service Received
I am writing regarding an issue with two online payments I made through FamPay for a game top‑up. My total amount of ₹449 has been deducted, but I did not receive the service I paid for. The first payment of ₹200 was made on 04 July 2026 at 02:24 PM with transaction ID FMPIB6049030829. The second payment was ₹249 with transaction ID FMPIB6049194602. Both payments were made online for a game top‑up, but the top‑up was not completed and I did not receive anything in return. I also did not make these payments to any bank account, and I understand that the money went through an app payment, but still the service was not provided. I request that FamPay investigate these two transactions and refund the full amount of ₹449 back to my FamPay wallet balance as soon as possible, since I have not received the game top‑up or any related service in return for these payments.
