FaceApp Shows $60 Annual Price Instead of Local Turkish Pricing
For approximately two weeks, I have been experiencing an issue with the Pro subscription purchase screen in the FaceApp app. The in-app prices are displayed in U.S. dollars for me, with amounts such as $60 for 12 months and $10 for one month. However, I know that other people using the same app are seeing prices in Turkish lira at around 1,000 TL, or approximately $20.
I am using the app in Türkiye on an iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 16.6, and when I try to make a purchase, the prices are not converted to Turkish lira, so I am being shown a much higher price. Because of this, I cannot purchase the subscription and am experiencing inconvenience as a customer.
I expect FaceApp to investigate and correct this issue so that the currency displayed for my account is converted to Turkish lira and the subscription price is brought in line with what other users in Türkiye are seeing, at approximately $20. I am requesting information about this issue and a proper resolution.
