Eyezy has been a frustrating experience from the start. There was no clear explanation of how the service works, no upfront notice about charges, and absolutely no transparency in their billing process. I tried to cancel my subscription immediately, but the system makes it extremely difficult—if not impossible—to do so.
Despite requesting cancellation, they still withdrew ₺850 from my account without any proper warning or confirmation. I received no notification, no billing breakdown, and no response from support. This kind of deceptive and confusing process is completely unacceptable.
I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately and the ₺850 taken from my account be refunded in full. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action. Eyezy must stop misleading users and provide clear, honest service.
