EyeZy Didn’t Work After Difficult Setup—I Want a Refund for This Unreliable App

I paid for the EyeZy app expecting it to function as advertised, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The setup process was incredibly complicated and time-consuming. Even though I followed every single instruction step by step and completed the installation, the app simply didn’t work.

After wasting hours trying to get it running, I lost confidence in the reliability of this service. It’s unacceptable to charge users for a product that doesn’t function even after proper setup. I feel misled and frustrated.

I am requesting a full refund immediately. EyeZy should not be allowed to continue collecting payments for a service that fails to deliver basic functionality. Fix your platform or stop selling it.
