Eyezy Charged Over ₺1,000 Without My Consent and Gave No Notification

Hello, I was shocked to discover that Eyezy (eye.kid.app) charged me over ₺1,000 without my consent and without sending any notification or warning. I never authorized this payment, and I certainly didn’t receive any confirmation before the money was withdrawn from my account.
This is a serious violation of consumer rights. Taking someone’s money without approval or communication is completely unacceptable. I demand that the full amount be refunded immediately.
If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue it through all available legal and consumer protection channels. Companies must respect people’s rights and obtain clear authorization before charging them. I expect Eyezy to take responsibility and return my money without delay.
