Eyezy Charged Me for a Monthly Plan Instead of Daily—I Want a Refund Immediately

I purchased what was clearly advertised as a daily plan on Eyezy, but instead, they charged my account for a monthly subscription without my consent. I noticed the incorrect charge right away and contacted them today—on the very first day—to cancel the subscription and request a refund.

I have not used the service, and I absolutely did not authorize a monthly payment. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter and involve my lawyer, as this overcharging is unacceptable and unlawful.

I demand the immediate cancellation of the subscription and a full refund of the amount that was wrongly withdrawn. Eyezy must take accountability for this irresponsible billing behavior. I will not accept being charged for something I never agreed to.
