Eyezy Overcharged Me and Ignores My Cancellation Request
This morning, I subscribed to Eyezy, but they charged more than what was originally shown during checkout. The moment I noticed the overcharge, I tried to cancel immediately. However, there’s no way to reach anyone outside of business hours, and no one replies to messages either.
There’s no proper customer support, no live help, and no response to my attempts to contact them. I feel completely ignored and deceived. I did not agree to pay this much, and now I’m stuck without answers or a refund.
I demand that Eyezy respond immediately and refund the excess amount they charged. If I don’t receive a resolution soon, I will take legal action. Consumers deserve honesty, support, and control over their own payments. This must be resolved now.
