Etsy Support is Ineffective for Two-Step Verification




I've been struggling to log in to my Etsy account due to the non-receipt of the two-step verification code. Despite reaching out to Etsy support for assistance, it has proven to be utterly futile. It's evident that they lack the willingness to help and are quick to shift blame onto me, when in reality, the problem lies with their own technical and communication shortcomings. I've provided them with all the necessary details that prove the shop is indeed mine, but they persistently request additional information that I simply don't have. They even asked for an inactive draft listing, even though I don't have any inactive drafts as all my listings are active. It's clear that they're aware of this fact, yet they ask for it regardless. It's a deliberate tactic to hinder my progress, knowing that I can't fulfill their request. Their behavior and so-called support have proven to be utterly useless and unhelpful.
