I Can’t Log Into My Etsy Shop Because the 6-Digit Code Never Arrives

I’ve been completely locked out of my Etsy shop because the 6-digit login code never reaches my phone. I’ve tried multiple times, waited patiently, refreshed, and even restarted my device—but no code ever shows up. Without this code, I can’t access my shop at all.

To make things worse, I’m now worried Etsy might charge me fees or claim I owe a balance while I’m unable to even enter my account to check. I’ve seen others mention similar login issues, and I’m starting to question whether this is a widespread system flaw.

I contacted Etsy Support, but all I received was generic, unhelpful guidance. No solution, no explanation—just silence or vague instructions that don’t solve anything.

I expect Etsy to urgently fix this SMS verification failure and offer real human support to sellers who are left unable to manage their shops. I rely on this platform, and being locked out due to a faulty system is unacceptable. Etsy must resolve this immediately and ensure sellers aren’t penalized due to technical issues beyond our control.
