Unautorized Payment Without My Knowledge And Consent - Epoch.com
Today in the afternoon I noticed several unauthorized charges on my bank account in the name of “Epoch.com Multimedi, Lake Forest”. I have never purchased any product or service from this company and I have never given consent for these payments. One of the withdrawals is for 8 USD, another one is for 80 USD, and there is at least one more charge shown in my bank as a reserved transaction to Epoch.com, all taken on the same day without my knowledge. The transaction details in my bank clearly show payments to Epoch.com although I did not initiate or approve any such transactions. I request that all these unauthorized charges be investigated urgently, that my money be fully refunded, and that any active subscription or payment agreement that may have been started in my name without my consent be cancelled immediately. I also ask that my payment information be removed from your systems and that written confirmation be provided that no further charges will be made to my account.
