Unauthorized Epoch Charge Taken From My Bank Account

I am writing regarding an unjustified withdrawal of 18 € made by epoch.com from my Belgian bank account on the 13th of this month. I do not recognize any purchase or subscription for which I would have used my bank card with epoch.com, and I have never knowingly authorized such a payment. To date, I have not been able to contact epoch.com customer service and I do not know how to reach them in order to obtain clarification on this withdrawal. This situation is worrying for me because I fear that a subscription may have been created without my knowledge or that my banking information is being used without my consent. Through this complaint, I request the immediate cancellation of any possible subscription linked to my bank details, the blocking of all future withdrawals from epoch.com, as well as detailed explanations on the origin and justification of this 18 € payment. I also expressly request that my details and bank card be unsubscribed and removed from all sites that may be linked to epoch.com, in particular adult websites, so that no future transaction can be made without my explicit consent.
