Unauthorized $55 Epoch.com Multimedia Charge Hits Ziraat Bank Debit Card

On June 2, 2026, I noticed that an unauthorized transaction of $55 was made from my Ziraat Bank debit card to a company named Epoch.com Multimedia without my knowledge or consent. I never authorized this transaction, nor do I have any membership or purchase history with the firm in question.

I noticed the transaction yesterday and contacted the bank today. Following our conversation, they closed my account; however, they informed me that the refund process could take 2 to 3 months. Despite having no fault in this matter, I am the aggrieved party due to the bank's security vulnerabilities, and the notification message was also delayed.

I demand the immediate, un-delayed refund of this unauthorized charge. Furthermore, I request that all necessary blocking and security measures be fully implemented to prevent Epoch.com Multimedia from making any further charges from my card, and that my grievance be addressed urgently.
