Epoch.com Request for Full Refund Of Unauthorized Payments

I am writing from Portugal regarding two unauthorized card charges made in the name of “EPOCH COM MULTIMEDI Lake Forest” on my Novo Banco credit card. On 25 September 2026 there were two transactions on my card that I did not authorize and for which I have no explanation: one for 10,14 € and another for 18,48 €. I have never knowingly purchased any product or service from this company and I am not aware of having registered for any subscription that could justify these payments. I request that any possible subscription linked to my card with “EPOCH COM MULTIMEDI Lake Forest” be immediately cancelled, that no further charges be made in the future, and that the amounts of 10,14 € and 18,48 € be fully refunded to me. I also request that my bank, Novo Banco, investigate these transactions as potential fraudulent or unauthorized charges and take the necessary steps to protect my card and prevent similar incidents. I expect a prompt response, clarification on the origin of these charges, confirmation of the cancellation of any subscription, and the full refund of the amounts debited.
