I previously purchased the game Mundaun on PlayStation, and later I also bought it on Epic Games. However, the game is severely broken on the Epic Games platform. The game constantly has bugs, the controls do not work properly, it freezes on the load game screen and does not progress. In addition, even though the game description clearly states that it supports the Turkish language, there is no Turkish language option available in the game.
I am extremely dissatisfied that this game continues to be sold despite not functioning properly on any platform for years, and I want my grievance to be addressed.
