Epic Games Hacked Account Support Has Not Resolved Issue

My Epic Games account was hacked on September 9, and I have been completely unable to access it ever since. My account username is “c3ptainprice,” and the email address that was registered to the account before it was compromised was h*****************@gmail.com.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Epic Games Support. I was told that I would receive a response within 48 hours, but despite the time that has passed, the issue has still not been resolved. After seeing similar cases from other users, I am concerned that the process may continue to drag on, so I want to raise awareness of my situation here as well.

My account contains games and other content that I acquired after investing both time and money, and I currently have no access to any of them. I ask Epic Games to provide a faster and more effective solution regarding account security and customer support, restore my account to me securely, and, if necessary, implement additional security measures and provide me with a detailed explanation of what happened and how the issue was resolved.
