Epic Games Account Says I Never Logged In With Steam

I can no longer access my Epic Games account, which I have been using for a long time by linking it through my Steam account. Whenever I try to sign in to the account I have always accessed through Steam, I receive the message, “You haven’t logged into this account before,” which prevents me from accessing my account. The Epic Games username displayed on the screen is “gitarcı karıncayiyen.”

Since I have always used this same account through this login method, this message does not make sense to me, and I believe it may be caused by a technical issue. When I sign in to Epic Games using my email address, I can see only two games in my library, even though I previously had many games there. All of my other games appear to have completely disappeared from my account.

I have also tried to contact support through Epic Games and Steam, but the systems would not allow me to submit a support request, leaving me unable to speak with anyone or explain my problem. I want access to my account to be restored and all of the Epic Games titles I previously used through my Steam account to be fully restored to my Epic Games account.

I request that this account access and missing games issue be thoroughly investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and that I be informed about the outcome.
