I deleted my old Eneba account today specifically so that I could use my phone number on my new account. However, when I try to add or verify my phone number on the new account, I receive the following message: “Due to technical reason, we can't register your number. For more information, please create a ticket.” After seeing this message, I created a support ticket as instructed, but I have not received any response so far. Because of this technical issue and the lack of feedback, I am currently unable to use my phone number with my new Eneba account. I kindly request that my phone number be released from any old or deleted accounts and successfully linked to the new Eneba account that I am currently using, or that you fix the technical problem preventing my number from being registered as soon as possible.
