I purchased an Electrolux KODDP77WX pyrolytic oven about two years ago, which came with a three-year warranty. However, within the warranty period, the oven's inside back panel began to decay, and the door's elastic band started to wear and tear on its own. We only used regular pyrolysis cleaning and gentle wiping, with no chemicals. When I contacted customer service, technicians inspected the oven but informed me that, despite being under warranty, these parts were not covered and requested payment for the replacements. This is unacceptable, as the parts should meet high-quality standards under warranty. If cheaper ovens can last longer, why does an expensive Electrolux product fail so quickly? I urge Electrolux to replace these defective parts under warranty and uphold their brand reputation. If not, I will avoid the brand in the future and advise others to do the same.

The issue was not resolved in any way, customer service is still waiting for me to call, I called again. The person who got back to me 2-3 days later said that the service informed them it was not covered under warranty, and they made a ridiculous defense saying "unfortunately, we can't do anything." If the service technician's word is the final word, then why are you the solution center? Also, how logical is the excuse "the back wall is corroded from moisture, not covered under warranty" for an oven with a steam cooking feature? It is clear that you see customers not as a satisfaction priority but as a group to be exploited in the short term. Electrolux, which uses third-rate materials and does not stand behind its products/warranty, will never enter my home again. I will also advise my circle not to shop with this brand. This matter will go to the Consumer Court. The fact that such a big brand is managed in this way is a great disappointment.

I won the lawsuit, and a month after winning they came to replace the relevant parts, saying they couldn't unscrew the screw and took the oven away. A week later they left the oven, and I saw that the rear sheet they installed had been dented and its enamel had come off. I called again, they came and took the oven again; this time they returned it after 1–1.5 months, and now the oven shuts off by itself, the fan is unbelievably rusted, corroded, parts are breaking, etc., making it impossible to operate. So should I be angry that they saw the fan in that condition and delivered it as if it were fine, or that the oven broke? I'm shocked. In 2–3 years the entire oven has rusted, corroded, and they don't stand behind their products. Supposedly it has a steam cooking feature, but it's a plain oven. An incredibly terrible experience, my trust in the Electrolux brand is gone.
