Konami Has Locked Me Out of My Hacked eFootball Mobile Account

I am writing because my eFootball Mobile account linked to my Konami ID has been hacked and completely taken over. On 12 October at around 8:30, someone gained access to my email, reset my phone, and during that time changed the email address and password of my Konami ID. Since then, I have lost all access to my eFootball Mobile account. I play from India and I downloaded the game from the Google Play Store. I have not spent any money on this account, but I have invested a lot of time in building my team. My team had a very high collective strength of around 2966–3179, and I had also received valuable campaign rewards such as eFootball Coins, GP and a random booster token. I can provide my in‑game team details, some emails and my user ID to prove that I am the real owner of the account, and I am attaching multiple screenshots showing my team, rewards and account as additional evidence. I request that my old access to the hacked Konami ID and eFootball Mobile account be restored, the hacker’s access be removed, and the email and password be reset back to me after proper verification. I am ready to provide any necessary information or verification so that you can secure my account and return it to me as soon as possible.
