eFootball Not Working Properly

I am a mobile player from South Africa and I am having a serious problem with eFootball on my Android device. Until today the game was working normally, but now it only stays on the loading screen and never actually starts a match, even though my Wi‑Fi connection is active and working for other apps. To solve the issue, I have already tried restarting my phone, switching connections, and similar basic steps, but nothing has changed and the game still does not move past the loading stage. I have also tried to reach eFootball/Konami support but I have not been able to contact them. My request is that this problem with eFootball on Android is investigated and fixed so that the game loads correctly and I can play normally again.
