eFootball Epic Player Pack Odds Complaint

I have been disappointed for a long time because I have not been able to get any legendary players, especially Epic players, from packs in the eFootball game I play on my phone. I have been playing the game for approximately four months, and despite trying all of the available packs, I have not received a single legendary or Epic player.

A new pack was added to the game today, and I would like to open it as well, but I am worried that I will once again fail to get a legendary or Epic player. This situation has seriously reduced my enjoyment of the game and has been very frustrating and disappointing for me.

I request that eFootball review its pack and probability system and consider offering a fairer system in which players can feel that their time and effort are being rewarded. I would like the pack system and player probabilities to be reviewed so that players have a more satisfying and transparent experience.
