eFootball Became Incompatible With My Samsung Galaxy A13 4G
I am using a Samsung Galaxy A13 4G with 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM, and, since 24 August 2024, I have been unable to install or play eFootball on this device because the Google Play Store shows it as “device incompatible”. Until that date, I expected this widely used phone model to support such a popular game without any compatibility problems. I have not yet been able to find a solution to this incompatibility, and I have not contacted support before. My expectation is that, through a software or compatibility update, my Galaxy A13 64/4 GB will be made compatible with eFootball so that I can install and play the game normally, or that I receive a clear explanation about why this model is not supported and whether this will be resolved in the near future.
Progress
I am using a Samsung A13 64/4GB device and since 24 August 2024 I have been unable to install the game eFootball on my phone. Whenever I try to install the game, the installation does not start and I receive a warning that the device is incompatible, so I cannot install or use the game at all.
I bought this device expecting to be able to use popular applications and games without such compatibility problems. I request that my Samsung A13 64/4GB be made compatible with eFootball and that any necessary software or system updates be provided so that I can install and play the game properly.
