On August 30, 2025, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A13 phone in Cyprus, but when I try to install the eFootball game via Google Play, I receive an “incompatible device” warning. The game runs perfectly on my previous phone and on other devices, but it won’t install on this new one. I haven’t experienced this issue with any other app. I have also installed all available software updates on the device.
I am currently using the phone in Turkey, and this problem has been occurring since the first day I bought the device. I request that Samsung resolve this compatibility issue so that eFootball can be downloaded and played properly on my phone.
