eFootball 2027 Region Locked to Japan – Request to Reset to Indonesia

I am writing to request a reset of my eFootball 2027 account Country/Region setting to Indonesia. Previously, I mistakenly changed my region and now the option is locked on my profile. I currently live permanently in Indonesia, but my account region is still set to Japan, as can be seen from my profile information. Because of this incorrect region setting, I have been experiencing very high latency and serious matchmaking problems in online matches from 2025 until 2026, which makes it difficult to enjoy the game properly.
