Economy Bookings Failed to Refund My Canceled Full Protection Fee

Economy Bookings did not refund my canceled protection fee. The full coverage was automatically charged to my credit card with a single click, and I was enrolled in full protection. I later canceled this protection, but my refund has not been processed for days.

Even though I canceled the full protection for reservation number B11910125, the money still has not been credited back to my account, despite several days having passed.
