Failed Ecocash Africabet Deposit

I am writing to report a failed deposit on my Africabet account and to request a refund to my Ecocash account. On 31 August 2026 at around 14:51 hours, I made a deposit of 35 USD into my Africabet account using Ecocash. The amount of 35 USD was successfully deducted from my Ecocash account, as shown in the attached Ecocash payment confirmation with voucher number MP260831.1451.T5699335 and the reference to CONTIPAY PRIVATE LIMITED, but the money never reflected in my Africabet account balance. I tried to report this matter to Africabet but have not received any assistance or resolution so far, and the funds are still missing from my betting account. I kindly request that the 35 USD deducted from my Ecocash number 0774130*** be refunded back to my Ecocash account as soon as possible, or that the failed deposit be reversed in a transparent way. I also request a clear explanation of why this deposit failed despite the Ecocash payment going through.
