EcoCash Transaction Not Credited
On 31/08/2026 I made a bill payment of 92 USD from my Ecocash wallet to Africabet. The amount was successfully deducted from my Ecocash balance and I received a payment confirmation showing a 92 USD payment to CONTIPAY PRIVATE LIMITED with an approval code and my new balance. Despite this, my Africabet account has not been credited with the 92 USD. I contacted customer support and was only told to “wait” but no concrete solution or timeline has been provided and the money is still missing. I request that this issue be resolved urgently, either by refunding the full 92 USD back to my Ecocash wallet or by immediately crediting the same amount to my Africabet account. I expect this to be investigated promptly and a clear response to be provided.
