Humiliating Experience At Ebebek Store When Staff Tested Thermometer
On November 2, 2025, I shopped at an Ebebek store. At the checkout, the staff member took the thermometer I bought out of its box and tried to test it on me in front of other customers as if making fun of me. This behavior was deeply humiliating and uncomfortable; I felt embarrassed in the store. The incident occurred around 2:25 PM, which is also recorded on the receipt. I tried to contact the store and customer service afterward, but no one showed any concern or offered a solution. I request that appropriate action be taken against the staff involved and that I receive a formal apology for this unpleasant experience.
