Kwai Changed My Account Region to Egypt, Blocking Monetization and Payments

For the last five years I have been actively using the Kwai video app, and for the past two years I have been trying to get my account monetized and made official. My Kwai username is “RabiaKhan_806_M_Mano”. When I started, the rules clearly stated that an account needed more than 50,000 followers for monetization. I currently have over 54,000 followers, but my account is still not official and monetization has not been activated. I live in Pakistan. When SnackVideo was closed in Pakistan, our accounts were transferred to the Kwai app. At that time my account should have remained on the Pakistan server, but now it shows that my server is in Egypt. Initially my server was Pakistan, and it changed to Egypt around June 2025 without my request or consent. Because my server is shown as Egypt, I cannot purchase any diamonds. In Pakistan, we use JazzCash and Easypaisa accounts, but these payment methods do not work in Egypt. The system now asks me for a La Misr account, which I do not have and which I cannot open from Pakistan. This situation prevents me from making in‑app purchases and properly using Kwai’s features despite being an active and loyal content creator. I kindly request that my account “RabiaKhan_806_M_Mano” be reviewed in detail, that monetization and official status be granted if I meet the criteria, and that my server/region be changed back to Pakistan so that I can use local payment methods such as JazzCash and Easypaisa and purchase diamonds normally. If there is any reason why these requests cannot be fulfilled, I also ask for a clear and transparent written explanation. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue creating content on Kwai with confidence and without further obstacles.
