Trouble Accessing Previous EA Sports Profile
I had an EA Sports account that I've been using for quite some time. But it looks like it got turned off, maybe because I haven't been playing lately. I can't access my old account when I log in with my user information. They said I can keep going by making a new account, but I really want to access my old one which I've put in a ton of time and effort. I'm sorry, but I didn't receive any help from the support team.
