Lost My FIFA Account After an Update – Need Help Recovering It

I had a FIFA account that I had been playing on for a long time. However, after a game update, my account was completely deleted, and I have been unable to recover it. This happened 2 to 3 years ago, and despite all my efforts, I still don’t know what to do next.
