I made a huge mistake while logging into FC Mobile and desperately need help. I accidentally logged in with a guest account, and it ended up overwriting my main account, which had a 114 OVR—a result of countless hours and effort. Ever since that moment, I’ve lost access to my original account entirely. It's now been two days, and despite all my attempts to get help, there’s been no response from EA or any visible support person I can reach out to.
There needs to be a confirmation warning before allowing something this critical to happen. It's absurd that a simple guest login can override an account tied to months of progress without any protection or recovery option.
