I'm facing a frustrating issue in EA Sports FIFA 24 on my PS5. The in-game cutscenes are completely missing, preventing me from fully experiencing the game's narrative and immersion.

I've checked within the game's settings to ensure cutscenes are enabled, but the problem persists. Interestingly, these cutscenes were working perfectly when I played FIFA 24 on my PS4. However, after switching to the PS5 version, they've vanished.
