Dyson V12 Dust Container Plastic Part Broken


While emptying the dust container of my Dyson V12 device, the silicone gasket inside and the plastic frame around it jumped out of it and unfortunately it cannot be installed and in this case the vacuum cleaner cannot be used. The fact that this part, which we cannot even reach without being subjected to any impact, becomes unusable, creates a question mark about product quality and damages our belief in Dyson quality. When I ask for support from customer service on the subject, they say that I should buy the complete dust container, which is a relatively expensive part. Instead of helping, customer service is persistently trying to sell the complete part I don't need. I would like to express my discomfort regarding the subject and my complaint about the Dyson brand. As someone who uses their after-sales products, in my opinion, they remained in the class in terms of customer satisfaction. I am of the opinion that I should give a chance to other brands for after-sales support in my future purchases. Best regards.

They got back to me. They are trying to sell the entire dust container again. My issue has not been resolved in a reasonable way.
