Fix Dramawave Unauthorized Santander Charges
Dramawave has taken two payments of £14.99 from my Santander bank account, one on 6th August and another one today, even though I have never used Dramawave and have not knowingly signed up for any of their services. These payments appear to be unauthorized, and I am concerned about how my details have been used. I request that both £14.99 payments are fully refunded and that any associated subscription or account in my name or using my bank details is cancelled immediately so that no further money can be taken.
