Drama Wave Never Refunded My Same-Day Cancellation Through Olay Store

I purchased a short drama series through Drama Wave, and I canceled this purchase on July 2, 2026, the same day I made it. I had paid using my credit card. The transaction amount was around €59, and after canceling, I expected this amount to be refunded to my credit card.

Even though I processed the cancellation through Olay Store, I haven't received any communication from them since that day, and no refund has appeared in my account. I haven't gotten any explanation or any update regarding the process.

For this transaction, which I canceled on the same day, I'm requesting that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card without delay, and that I receive clear written communication regarding the process.
