If you paid for episodes on DramaBite but they stayed locked,

• Check purchase status;

– Open app → Profile → Purchase history
– Confirm coins/episode purchase is completed

• Restore purchases;

– Go to Settings → Restore Purchases
– Especially if you changed device or reinstalled

• Restart the app;

– Close DramaBite completely
– Reopen and check episodes again

• Check internet connection;

– Switch Wi-Fi / mobile data
– Ensure stable connection during unlock

• Log out and back in;

– Refresh account data

• Update the app;

– App Store / Google Play → Update

Gather evidence;

• Collect:
– Payment receipt
– Screenshot of locked episodes
– Transaction ID

Request fix or refund;

• Contact:
– DramaBite support

• Write:
– “I paid for episodes but they remain locked. Please unlock them or refund my coins.”
