I keep watching ads on DramaBite but don’t get rewards, what can fix this?

If DramaBite shows ads but doesn’t give rewards,

Fix the issue by checking app and reward conditions;

• Watch ads fully;

– Do not skip or close early
– Wait until ad ends and closes automatically

• Check internet connection;

– Use stable Wi-Fi or mobile data
– Avoid switching networks during ads

• Restart the app;

– Close DramaBite completely
– Reopen and try again

• Update the app;

– App Store / Google Play → Update

• Clear cache (Android);

– Settings → Apps → DramaBite → Storage → Clear Cache

• Avoid using VPN;

– Turn off VPN or ad blockers
– These can block reward tracking

• Try different ads;

– If one ad fails, watch another
– Some ads may not register rewards

Gather evidence;

• Collect:
– Screenshot of watched ad
– Missing reward screen
– Time and date

Report the issue;
