Worm Found Inside Doritos Cheese Chips

On October 22, 2025, I found a worm inside a 185-gram bag of Doritos Cheese chips I purchased through the Getir app. The package was completely sealed with no tears, and there was no issue with the expiration date. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I was very disturbed by it. I haven’t taken any action yet or contacted customer service. I still have the product packaging and photos and can share them if needed. My invoice number is y012025046773777. I request that this issue be resolved through a refund, product replacement, an apology, and a thorough investigation.
